In the 5th issue of KA, we felt it very crucial that the cover choice be someone that embodied the perfect essence of the KA girl. What is that essence you might ask? Well, the answer had to be something that needed no explaining. She had to just be “KA”. Like all things that seemed to happen in the first year of publishing this magazine, it just happened by itself. Donna walked right out of a California mansion into a black helicopter, then jumped out of said helicopter into the sea and swam to a waiting black speed yacht right into our hearts… “She is perfect!” was all we at KA could say collectively of Donna Feldman…
